Happy October 31st, a word about creativity & a little gift!

It's the last day of October. Which means: 
1. last day of my birth month. whaaa.
 2. 31st=Halloween. i love dressing up.
3. last day of the PINK month!  I was invited to be a part of a great month over at Pink Cake Plate & my post was today.

“I believe all ideas are sprinkled from heaven…it’s up to us what we do with them.”

Each of us have ideas & inspiration come to us everyday. Whether it’s a creative idea, a helpful idea, a kind idea, or even a funny idea….i believe they are sprinkled from heaven.
And it’s up to US to use them in a way that will uplift and inspire others around us. This month’s PINK inspires me to use my ideas to help others as it reminds me that every single person we see is going through a difficult time.
Life isn’t easy…some of us face challenges with health, cancer, job issues, family problems….NOT ONE of us is immune…& when we have an idea pop in our mind to help someone, or create something for someone…I believe we need to follow that!….we can bring a piece of heaven to others…& in turn…ourselves."


I've been thinking a lot about this lately *specifically with our creative ideas* (coming off of Spark No. 3)& have so many thoughts & feelings about our ideas....& how we use them. Where they come from, how we credit the ideas & how we share them with others...

It's a learning process & I think it's so important to remember that the ideas we are getting are NOT ours....they are from a place much higher than ourselves...we are INSPIRED & we can choose to hoard that & not share it & get upset if something or someone is *similar* to us, OR

and I hope we choose the OR:

we can share more ideas, enjoy seeing others' ideas & always focus on progressing....and always exercising your creative muscle...every. day. like in my 100 Creativity Exercises.

It stifles creativity when we hoard those ideas (which is the whole premise behind Spark & why it was created)...I believe you need to SHARE your Spark & not get all catty about it..ya know?
