Wow...THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for the amazing support & LOVE for our new Rhonna Designs photo editing app! We are #1 in Photo & Video category on the charts...in the 'new & noteworthy' & have been so thrilled with all of you sharing the love! We love your feedback & will do our best to continue making it the best photo editing app EVER with each update! 

So, as promised, we've got a spot on our site that will be where we offer our free video tutorial workshops! 

While most of you are saying it's intuitive, we have a few of you feeling a bit overwhelmed with all of the choices & want a little more 'walking through' each tool.  In these videos, I'll be taking you through each of the tools in the app so it's not so overwhelming! *grin*

Remember, when I created this app- with the help of the most amazing app devoloper (Devin Pitcher)

I really wanted the user to feel empowered- creatively! I wanted YOU to feel like you are the artist, & have these creative tools right at your fingertips. So, with ANY creative process, it's all about enjoying the process & just PLAYING!  These videos are designed for you to pause, stop, & learn at your own pace. So, have fun creating!

Q: How much is the app?

A: $1.99 US dollars

Q: What does the app include?

A: All 27 of my Insta Fonts (w/ 26 designs in each) are included in the Design Packs.

PLUS all the fun photo editing creativity you can handle! *wink*

Q: What if I already have your Insta Fonts?

A: Then, that's AWESOME! The difference between the app & the actual Insta Font kits on my site are resolution & ability.  See, the app is the only place you can use the fonts or 'Design Packs' as they are called. BUT, with the Insta Font kits you get high resolution .ABR brushes/stamps, black PNG files AND the .TTF (True Type) font that is in a vector format which allows you to enlarge w/o losing resolution. And **my personal fave** you can use on your Silhouette Cameo cutting system w/ their Designer pack. I mean...really? cutting out the designs in vinyl, paper, etc? YES, pLease! So, don't dispair...both are fab! 

Q: Will an Android version be available?

A: I'm HOPING to be able to offer it in a droid version, but...I'm learning a LOT about app development! See, there are some BIG differences in developing an app for droids because:

- with so many different devices, each with different screen sizes, aspect ratios, and screen properties it can be difficult to develop/build in a way that works well on all devices. 

- the development tools for Android are very different to what Apple provides.

- you usually need a wide assortment of devices to test on since there are just so many varieties of devices

So, you see...lots of things to consider & go through...but, we LOVE our droid fans, too & so we shall see! *wink*

**The Insta Fonts available on my site CAN still be used in apps like Phonto, so you CAN still play with Rhonna Designs on your phone & upload to Instagram! I taught a local Insta Class here in Utah & some of my fave Droid users blew me away w/ their creativity! Check out Sherry Mendoza !!

**ETA: it's come to our attention that a FAKE app is on google play...NO, it's not ours. it's spam...don't install! We are taking care of it, but just wanted you to know!

Q: Will there be any update or add-ons?

A: YES! I designed the app with the 'whole enchilada' in mind.  I wanted you to be able to have frames, filters, masks, designs and text fonts to use in ONE app! and I wanted to offer enough that you could create for years! *wink* But...with that said: my cReative mind is always going 100 miles a minute & I will be offering 'add-on' design packs that you can purchase in-app every once in a while for .99. What a steal! *grin* Obviously, you don't have to purchase more if you don't want to...because there will be PLENTY of fun in the initial app!  P.S. I already have NEW designs & 'colorful stickers' to add into the app! But, we didn't want to keep delaying. SO this will be part of the new update! fun, huh?

Q: Will the app be available worldwide?

A: YES! We love our fans all over the world and wherever there's an iTunes store, there will be the Rhonna Designs app!

Q: What is the resolution & can I print?
A: YES! We love printing our photos all 'dolled up' w/ Rhonna Designs App! Now, while this app is not meant to be blown up to 12x12 (high rez designs will always be available on Rhonna Designs) you CAN print out w/ our very fave printers: Persnickety Prints! In fact, they look fab in 4x4 or even printed in their Instagram Polaroids for Project Lifers! 

Q: Is there a step by step to help me learn how to use the app?

A: YES! HERE is the page w/ all of the links to the tutorials.  No purchase neccessary.  My fab cReative Team member, Nancy, created videos for the iPad as well. Check out the link at the bottom.



Q: I want to learn all the ways to get more our of the Rhonna Designs App, will you teach me?

And, as promised...here's a little Instagram tip using my Insta Lovin' fonts!
When you are using the Insta Fonts in the free app: PHONTO, you will find that it will only allow you to size the fonts to a certain point. This can be frustrating if you want your font to be bigger. So...here's a little tip:
1. Open up your high rez photo in PHONTO.

2. Type your letter. Here, I've typed the capital letter "I" w/ the Insta Chalk Art Font.

You will note it's small, yet this is the biggest I can make it in Phonto. SO:

3. Save at the highest resolution.
Then, open up the app PicFX.
THIS is where you will crop it. 
NOTE: Not all apps are created equal. If you don't have Picfx, find an app that will crop it w/o making it blurry!

4. Add light effects in Pic fx like I did here...I actually added 2 light effects by tapping on the stacked papers w/ the + so I could add this next effect:

save in the highest resolution & voila! You've got your fonts larger than Phonto will allow them! cool, huh?

So, now open up Instagram & upload to your feed!
