Check out what Nancy & Melissa cReated for Valentine's day: LOVEly Mantle w/ Rhonna Designs Printable décor and Interchangeable Wreaths! LOVE these~ LOOK:

Simple as 1, 2, 3! Nancy shows how to print, trip & decorate! Go on over to her blog for step by step & HOW to get this look. Don't you LOVE the brick wall behind, too? I am seriously dying! And, I"m LOVING the cute pencil arrows...they'd be sooo cute as Valentines, or teacher gifts, neighbor gifts...Oh, Nancy...thank you sooo much for getting my cReative juices flowing! LOVE this project...every single bit! And LOVE how she combined The KISS Collection with the Kiss Me Bundle...gorgeous!

Ok...sit down for this one.  Melissa is going to WOW you! She's one of our wreath makers-extraordinaire & I love all of her projects! Well, she says:

I was getting ready to make a Valentine wreath then got tired of buying new wreath forms all the time. So I had the idea to wrap the form with lace, then use it for ALL the season.... The decorations are just pinned on with straight pins so I can pull them off and then reuse the wreath. I figure I can show it a few ways this year when you've got new stuff coming out.  So far I've made Valentines day and a Happy Birthday one, with stuff cut out for Spring.

This Valentine wreath just makes me giddy! Go on over to her blog: Polka Dot Chair to see her step by step! I mean.....I"m LOVING this: feathers, arrows, glitter, & Rhonna Designs...all together in one Interchangeable Wreath! Sheer Perfection!

See the cute Rhonna Designs Printable pieces she's got going here? Then, changing them out w/ pins & such to create a unique Wreath every season...LOVE this, Melissa!
Thanks so much, both Nancy & Melissa, for your amazing talent! Sharing your cReativity to uplift & inspiRe is what it's all about ! LOVE it!
Happy Tuesday & go! cReate something! NOW!

more DIY Christmas wReaths---->

I am a wreath addict...I confess. And when it comes to Christmas....DIY is my fave because I usually pick my own custom colors! Love it! So....like last year...this Christmas is all about neutrals w/ a kick of color. Mint. to be exact this year....
so...thought I'd share a few more I made.

Wreath No. 1 is an up-cycle of my Spring wreath mixed w/ my Valentine Wreath! So, this is HUGE! & I LOVE it!
I added some of my Rhonna Designs printables to it along w/ some of my 'All is Bright' line w/ My Mind's Eye. Lots of texture & juxtaposition w/ glitter, burlap, book paper, pinecones, doilies...yum!

Wreath No. 2 is my own lil version of my Spark Sister- Margie's online Spark Your Christmas Class
Again...lots of fun juxtaposition. Added a glittered bird, some burlap flowers & the 'Silent Night' banner is just stamped w/ foam stamps onto that cheap white ribbon that I LOVE...it's a perfect banner!
The book paper flowers are left over from my flowers last year that I made for Christmas...& I just added them along w/ the tickets, 'Joy And Peace' printable & glittered it! It's on one of my old vintage windows right above a glittered nativity scene...fave spot!

Wreath No. 3 is full of white feathers & kraft flowers that I adore hanging from my gold Ikea frame. Our cute little #elfontheshelf was hanging around the other day...to kick off December! *wink*
There ya have it...Now...my decorations are complete...I've got all of my Nativity Scenes all around my house (my fave) and now I'm fixin' to create ornaments..

have you see the 12 Artsy Ornament class? Check it out! It's sure to be fab w/ tons of my talented friends contributing their talents!
Ok...soooo, today is the LAST day to enter in our Christmas Gift Tag Contest! Excited to see the entries & pick the winner!!! It's not too late...LOOK HERE for a reminder of the guidelines!
And...happy Monday!

Idea No. 29 & 30: 31 Halloween Ideas w/ Rhonna Designs: Spooky Tassels & DIY Wreath

We are nearing the end of our 31 Halloween Ideas Series & today I've got some fun ones! All about DIY & Recycle/repurpose crafting! Along w/ some Rhonna Designs hybird crafting, of course!

How about a Recycled DIY Tassel Garland made out of old shirts, shopping bags & tissue paper...all things you most likely have around your house! And a regular feather wreath all Spooked up!

Idea No. 29: Spooky Tassels
Recycled DIY Tassel Garland:
I took this tutorial from Prudent Baby & modified it w/ the various materials I worked with:
recycled Forever 21 bag
old plaid shirt
leftover mylar tissue paper

I followed the tutorial (thanks, Prudent Baby, for such a great one!) on making these tassels, then strung them up on jute twine & voila! A festive, in expensive garland for my front door. I love this because it's weatherproof! *wink*

My whole 'door scape' is all about recycling! I recycled the It's Time Printable clocks into a garland, added my OLD spider web (which I love now that it's all ripped & torn) & used old wrapping paper to create fringed flowers (accented w/ vintage paper leaves) on the Rhonna Designs Dotty Printable paper lolly! Simply bewitching, I might add!
Simply fold the clocks in half, leave plain OR you can use doilies as well...i loved  mixing it up here!
Cute cute!
For the leaves of the Lolly, I simply created them out of vintage book paper & fringed the sides, for a feathery look...I love how it turned out!

Anndd....how many of you have the regular old feather wreaths? I've had black & white ones for years & i LOVE them because they are such a staple. You can do so may things w/ them. Add a Lolly inside.  a wreath in a wreath or
But, for this year's Halloween door wreath, I combined both of those ideas WITH this vintage paper wreath from Valentine's day to create.....

Idea No. 30: Spooky DIY Wreath
Love this one because of all of the other DIY elements mixed in to create a huge SPOOKY DIY Wreath!  I still have all the elements I loved of my other wreaths, but just created my own version for this year!
I loved mixing the Spooky Junque mini banners w/ the picks and the modern Spooky collection with the vintage book paper, kraft paper & pearl...all juxtaposed w/ the feathers! mmm....loving it!

So...there you have it! enjoy & be sure to come back tomorrow for our final idea AND a fun, FUN Birthday giveaway!
mmmwah!
