We have some dear friends that are moving away for a few months...into a smaller house on the beach! They can't take much with them, but I wanted them to think of us, so I've made a gummed notepad of the Shop List...you *always* need a pad for a list, right? So, even in their cramped space, they will think of us while they are gone!


I used this clamp & adhesive to create the pad. I printed out the House Warming List PDFs on regular paper, cut out a chipboard back, gummed them all together & then used one of the Medallion Journal Spots on the back for a little topper-offer!
so cute, so easy & so fun! I have the Menu, Phone Message & TO DO lists in the clamp now...drying! I love lists!

Ok, so....can't forget the Digital PDF Free Printable we are offering, too. It coordinates with the whole House Warming Package/project...fun stuff!

Is February 20th....

too early to wish for spRing? ha! It's sunny out today, but I still see snow! But, I'm hangin' in there...and I have to say...bringing in some spRing-y decorations help!
....this House of 3 Spring Banner i simply LOVE..it was perfect. I added tulle, jewels, flowers, doilies, felt & dangles...and this is just the small/mini one. I'm still working on the large one...my girls are wanting one for their rooms!

and...
i filled my frames with some new art. Bird Cages art! oooo, I love it! Printed out on photo paper, then topped off with Heidi's mirror birds & jewels...love me some *bling*. It makes me so happy!~

i *heart* new art!

Today House of 3 released some new art...oh my. I've been having so much fun with these new Bird Cages!

bRushes AND the pRintables CARD kits...FUN! And I printed out the Spring banner....Totally gets me in the mood for SPRING! I can't wait to add all sorts of goodies to it! I'll be sure to take pix & share!

And, I"ve been loving your emails & shares with what you are doing with Hof3 kits! wow!

she described her process:
I used your Freebie frame that was originally a card, printed on the
white cardstock. I removed cut out the centre so that I could use it
as a frame.I also printed the chair and the lamp on to white cardstock
and cut out.
I cut the swirls, the word "love" and chandelier from black cardstock
with my Cricut Home Decor cart.
I then stamped on to a piece Creative Imaginations (sorry I don't know
the name) with a selection of swirl stamps from yourself and
FancyPants using chalk inkpads in Charcoal and Warm red.
I then drew the cords attaching everything freehand.

I'm just in the mood....

to change up my Blog Couture...
kids are off school today...holiday.
S is sick.
Girls are hangin' out & we were in the mood to change up the fashion of our blogs. So fun. So easy. I love to change up the look & feel!


We had a fab Valentine's Day....I love making little custom Valentines!
I printed out the House of 3 Frames onto ink jet acetate transparency, made a little sticker ribbon & popped these babies on these pink pastry boxes. Can I just say? I love them? LOVE.You know how you want to take over a plate of cookies to a friend?
Or you need to put something cute in a little box?
a gift?
well, these boxes are perfect. I mean, how much cuter is a plate of cookies in this pastry box? ....wrapped up with tulle, & custom stickers you've printed out & made? Yea...forget the cookies on a plain paper plate with saran wrap...presentation is everything, dahling!

And, the cute tins? I put jewels on the top, topped off with the acetate frame & tulle...filled the tin with valentine candies & printed off the cute freebie cards we had over at House of 3!

They were a big hit in our house. I put a card & goodie box or tin on everyone's bed...they loved the secret cupid gift! I loved giving it to them!

So, I discovered Paper Mart about 7 years ago. I could NOT believe how much stuff they had & how reasonably priced it was....I bought a bunch of boxes, bags & tins. It's bulk..you get 250 of those boxes...yea, tons, but... guess what?
I just ran out of the boxes. (& *still have some of the glassine bags I bought*). They've lasted me 7 years, you guys. I even gave away a bunch of the boxes to my mom...she, too, relished in the fact that you can wrap anything in them, custom gifts in a flash.

Anyway, lest you are wondering....I get no kick backs from Paper Mart. I just love them.
I love these boxes, tins, doilies, bags...and TULLE! oh my..I got lime green, fushchia, black & turquoise. I want to wrap everything up in Tulle now! LOL!

Ok, I'm done ranting...I just get excited about this stuff & wanted to share!

New stuff!

House of 3 came out with new kits over at the store! Digital and hybrid kits! I love these Frames. The kit comes with colored frames, black frames all in PNG files and also an ABR brush file! I've been having so much fun with these things! The fun this is: they come in the filled in version and the outline version. So you can mix them like above or you can use alone this:

and here's a little 1,2,3 about how to use the PNG files & ABR files.So fun! Love them!

And for those that love to have a hybrid project...ch*check these new kits out!
Here's the Frames Printable Kit. Look at how cute Heidi used this kit!
Just print out the PDF with the 2 frames. Heidi printed out on acetate transparency, cut out the frames & put them together with the photos! added dangles, bling & voila! so cute!

and...mmmm...love this card kit! Janet's got some mad skillz! Love these easy cards! Just print out the PDF, punch holes, add the patterned bands & you've got fab cards! love them!

Jan is a*mazing at finding stuff all across the globe that is not only unique, but just plain drop*dead*inspiring! So, when she gave House of 3 a shout out, I was jumping up & down with glee!

sitting in the airport....

waiting for my plane back home. I have spent the past couple of days with my sisters, mom & sisters in law (we missed you, Cheri!) for my sister's birthday celebration. It was such a party.

laughing.
eating.
shopping.
laughing.
digital scrapping.
photography.
laughing.

you get it.

It's been one of those few days that just fills you up. We laugh together. We laugh so hard we cry. It is just so much fun to be with people that get you. & love you no matter how quirky, silly or just plain weird you might be.

Each one of my sisters, mom & sisters in law are so incredibly fantastic. I want to be a better person when I see the kinds of moms they are; the kinds of wives they are; the kind of people they are.
Thank you, guys, for being so incredibly GOOD. You just inspire me to push harder...try to be better. I love you so much!
and now...my plane is boarding. excited to see the other loves of my life....my cute family!

Thanks so much for all of the great response to House of 3. As with any new site there are a lot of questions & bugs to work out. That's to be expected, right? I'll do my best to answer them & help out.
Q: I see the Enjoy the Process buttons everywhere...what does this have to do with House of 3?
Great question! Firstly, it's simply a way of thinking...of enjoying any aspect of your life...the process of everyday living. Hof3's mantra is also 'enjoy the process.'

Secondly- As many of you know, I had a book that was coming out called Enjoy the Process. Unfortunately, it was cancelled with Autumn Leaves. But...House of 3 is doing something with the whole concept...so, keep watching!

Q: ...When I uploaded my damask border page to photobucket it kept reducing it. I even chose the 1mb file and still no go? Then I tried another one I ordered the Chandelier and that one uploaded perfectly? Hmmm.. any suggestions?

Q: What did you use to bind the Valentine Book together? I just punched holes with a regular hole punch & added small 7 Gypsies rings to it. Super easy!

Q: Do you print everything out on Bazzil Cardstock? Yours looks really sturdy, almost like chipboard. It is pretty sturdy. I printed out everything & either backed it to each other or used Bazzil on most of it. The only exception is the back cover. I wanted this pretty sturdy, so I cut out chipboard & added the black Bazzil on one side & the strips of paper on the other.

Q: Where do you get those mini manila folders, they are so cute . Guess what? They are just regular file folders, cut down to fit. They are about 6x8. Then the Printables papers are just adhered to some of them. Simple!

No worries! That's why we love to share ideas! Here are some fun things I've done with them. I printed them out on Avery Sticker paper (clear & white) & then created
1. a tin w/ M&Ms;
2. a little box filled with Valentine candy & stuck a white sticker coupon on top.
3. a bag filled with candy; used the clear sticker paper & the Valentines Printable extras on it.ok...I have more, but am running out of time...

Valentine's Day is coming up & it happens to be just a few days before our wedding anniversary, so I created a book for my husband....about us. about our Love Story. This House of 3 Valentine Book Printable Kit is perfect.

First of all, thanks so much for the great response of House of 3! We love it! I've been busy answering tons of emails with your questions! So, I decided to some of the FAQs here!

Questions about House of 3 photos!
Are they real? Yes. 100%. Nichole & Jefra really didn't Photoshop that much. They are pretty close to SOOC - right out of the camera. Amazing, huh? We'll have some more info about this from THE photographers on our site soon! Seriously, we were blown away with their talent, vision & style!

Were you really in snow? Yes. Right in the mountains of UT...it was a gorgeous day & the artistic vision of Nichole & Jefra was so fab...breaking rules...shooting on a sunny day-right in the middle of the day! In fact we'll have 'behind the scenes' footage of this shoot; from riding a sled out in the field to falling off the chair in the snow; to frozen, numb feet. (look at how deep the snow is...standing in that for 3 hours makes for some ccccold feet!)



Is that a backdrop? Nope. 100% authentic. Mountains. Snow. sun. all real. The only Photoshopping skills were Nichole's finishing touch up Actions. more on that later!

Where are you? in a field out by Woodland Hills, UT...soooo pretty!
